NextStep Careers has hosted workshops for universities, corporations, and foundations to assist in providing more opportunities for individuals and companies through personalized career coaching. Each workshop is customized to the organization and focuses on a specific skills needed to accelerate career growth and organizational success.

Founder of NextStep Careers, Emily Taylor, led a workshop for the University of San Francisco in efforts to share her industry knowledge on how students can market themselves, navigate the hiring process, and land interviews. The workshop included guidance in utilizing LinkedIn to network and connect with companies/potential employers, as well as 1:1 resume reviews and cover letter critiques.
